Just what the hell that I have done!!!!
Ok, it's really have been a few days on me debating on it could be either my GTX 760 or my current partition of Windows 8.1 screwing up. I have finally decided to downgrade back to Windows 7 since changing out the GPU to an AMD one would be very costly. Sony Vegas complained that my drivers were causing it to have black screens on which is the main thing why I could have a reason to downgrade.
I had done a list of many things to avoid rendering with my GPU on Vegas:
1. Tick Allow something during playback on the actual preview screen
2. Disabled GPU rendering on Template
3. Disabled Multicore Rendering
4. Disabled GPU rendering on my Rendering Template
All the sudden all four of these things didn't work out for me anyway and I also having problems with Movie Maker when you can hear the audio but you can't see the footage.
