Well I just got this laptop yesterday that I had forgot to grab the drivers from the install that came with it. I changed hard drives with my HP while I can have more space, why not? This happens is that I had installed Professional from the disc that my new laptop comes with and then I have to get all of the drivers from Dell's website but some are done from this program called "SlimDrivers" which save me up some time. Also I had upgraded to Ultimate.
After installing the drivers that I had encounter a problem with IDT audio software so I had to uninstall it to make it working again and then after that when several minutes it decided to boot loop. I try everything that I can do to stop this loop and boot up to Windows normally without me manually choosing through a DOS program. I could go into the BIOS and set the HDDs to a different setting.
If I could reinstall Windows on it then it would be Professional instead of Ultimate until I get a SSD. No wonder why I haven't gotten this problem before any computers I had owned but this happening on my first Dell computer that I had ever owned, I'm still not taking the risk of sending the computer to Dell to look at it, rather do it myself.
