So on Thursday that we were supposed to get a technician come to our house in the afternoon between the hours 1-3 but no one didn't came. My dad ended up calling and calling them until there was a right response. Comcast scheduled a technician to come to my house in the evening and but that technician never showed up either, while that technician goes to our house that he is suppose to call up but no sign.
Then on Friday that we were supposed to get a technician to come to our house on the afternoon hours between 2-6 in the afternoon but no one came at those times. After it was 6 that we called Comcast but then the automated system ended up going on a loop until we ended up calling them in a different routine but middle of that at 6:30 to 6:35 that I saw a technician outside with a Comcast van so finally four days without service that someone showed up. I also recorded evidence of him showing up and according to the time that I had resulted while editing that it took a 30 minute visit just to fix up this issue.
No wonder why Comcast technicians are so lazy. Customer services representatives are suppose to assign the technicians when a customer have a problem with something. I'm so glad this problem is fixed now but hopefully they don't do this again.
